Ingredients

    1 lbs Chicken breast tenders, cut into bite size pieces
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Peas
    1/4 Cup Green Bell, Or Red Bell Peppers, Diced
    1/4 Onion, chopped
    1 TBSP Curry Powder
    1 Cup cooked Rice

Directions

Cut chicken tenders into bite size pieces. Cook chicken in large deep skillet. Until cooked through. Add peppers and onions to skillet. Cook until slightly tender. Mix Soup, Curry Powder & water together then add to pan. Top with peas. Cook until heated through. Add one cup cooked rice. Recipe serves 6.
