Ingredients

    1/4 cup water
    3 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 teaspoons Extra Virgin olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    3 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 cup onion thinly sliced


Directions

Stir together water, vinegar, sugar, oil, basil, salt & black pepper.
Add cucumber and onion
Toss to coat
Cover and refrigerate 6-24 hours
Makes 4 servings
