Ingredients

    2 - 4 cloves
    1 tsp dry ginger
    3 - 4 star anise
    5 - 6 cardomon pods, open and remove seeds
    1/2 tsp fennel
    5 black pepper corns
    stevia, leaves or powder

    2 cups hot water
    1 cup soy milk, warm or room temperature

Directions

Grind all dry ingredients into a powder with coffee grinder. Put into a tea bag or pouch and steep in hot water for at least 5 minutes. Add soy milk. Delicious warm or cold. For a warm drink, heat on low or microwave.

Powder can also be stored in glass container or tea bags for later use.
