Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium
    * Peas, canned, 1 can
    * Potato, raw, 5 medium
    * Tomato juice, with salt added, 46 fl oz
    * Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    * Beans, great northern, 1.50 cup
    * Beans, pinto, 1.50 cup
    * Macaroni, dry, enriched, 16 oz
    * Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 2 cup


    You can also add any other veggies you like!

Directions

Place can of tomato juice in large pot. Add all veggies, diced onion, and diced potatoes.

Cook on med-hi. Stir every few minutes.

Brown ground beef and add to pot of veggies.

Continue cooking until potatoes are almost done.

In another pot, boil macaroni until done. Then drain.

Add drained macaroni to the pot of soup and cook about 10 minutes.

Serve with crackers, cornbread...or how you want it.

Serves 20 or more(one cup servings).....lol not sure of total servings!
