Ingredients

    1 cup of splenda (above I couldnt convert tsp to cups so sorry bout that)
    2.5 cup cake flour
    1 tea baking soda
    1 tea salt
    2 tbp cocoa powder
    .5 cup olive oil or veggie oil
    2 eggs
    1 cup buttermilk
    .5 tea vinegar
    1 tea vanilla
    2 tablespoons of red food color ( I didnt add to ingredient list cause i couldnt find it)

Directions

heat oven to 325. mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. then dump wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. then put them in cupcake pans lined with cupcake wrappers. bake for about 18 minutes.

top with a vanilla or cream cheese frosting.
