Number of Servings: 4


    2 packages of oriential flavored ramen
    1 and 1/4 cup of bamboo shoots
    about 2 cups of bean sprouts
    1 cup of sliced water chestnuts
    1 pound of ground turkey
    water (depends on how much)


Put ground turkey in a large skillet on medium low until throughly cooked. Take out any grease with a spoon and remove. Put in both packages of ramen and both packets on oriential seasoning in the skillet and water so that it just barely covers the ramen. Boil until noodles are tender (There should be only a small amount of water left in the skillet)Drain the shoots, sprouts and chestnuts. Add bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts to the skillet and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve to four hungry people!!
