Directions

This is a simple receipe. Put 4 boneless chicken breast in baking dish pour 1 cup of salsa on top, bake at 350 for 45 min serve over rice.

    I love this recipe. I make it on nights when I am very tired and just want something healthy but don't want to stand over the stove and cook anything. I put it in the oven, put the brown rice on to cook and come back in 45 minutes. - 4/4/07
