Introduction

This is great for casual get togethers, even the kids like, plus full of vegetables. This is great for casual get togethers, even the kids like, plus full of vegetables.

Ingredients

    8 slices bacon sliced
    1 small yellow onion diced
    2 cups chopped potatos
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup water
    2 cups skim milk
    salt and pepper to season
    1 can cream corn

Directions

cook bacon and onion till very well done, transfer to pot for soup. Add potatos, carrots, celery, water, and salt and pepper. Simmer for aproximately 10 minutes or till vegetables tender. Add milk, then add cream corn before serving and bring to a boil. Makes aproximately 7- 1 cup servings.
