Ingredients

    1/2 large banana
    1/2 cups sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
    1/4 cup ice cubes
    1/2 tsp Splenda or other artificial sweetener
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 scoop protein powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Pulse until well blended and ice is crushed.
