Introduction

The only thing you spend time doing on this dish really is just cooking the lean ground beef or ground turkey. And all you have to do is just chop up the lettuce and 1 or 2 tomatoes. Everything else you just add in. This is a dip that has ground beef in it. Take that away and you have a vegetarian dish! Either way it's filling. You can make this a quick and easy dinner or you can have this for lunch. Don't forget the chips! Ingredients

    Lettuce (half of the head)
    Tomatoes (chopped/diced)
Fat Free or Low Fat Cream Cheese
Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
    Taco Seasoning (optional)
    Shredded Cheese (of your choice)
1 or 2, 16oz Fat Free Mild Salsa (or your choice of mild, medium or hot)
1 Bag of Tortilla Chips of your choice

Directions

Cook the ground turkey in a large pan for about 10 minutes or until brown or well done. Drain. Place back in the pan after draining and cook a little longer for about 5-10 more minutes and then add taco seasoning or seasoning of your choice. Place the cream cheese in a large dish or casserole. When ground turkey is done, place in dish with the cream cheese and mix. Add shredded cheese first so it can melt, lettuce, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and then the salsa. Mix everything together. Serve, scoop and eat! That's it.
