Ingredients

    2 (10 oz each) packages fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp melted margarine
    ½ tsp onion salt
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    ¼ cup chopped green onion
    ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 slices white bread, crumbles

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash spinach and cook over low heat in saucepan until wilted; drain. Squeeze out all moisture; chop. Mix spinach with remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour. Shape into 18 large balls as vegetable servings. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375°F oven for 20 minutes (10-15 minutes for smaller balls)

    Incredible!
    One of my favorite ways to eat spinach! I used regular onion and seasoned bread crumbs, since that's what I had available. SO good! - 12/10/12

    Very Good
    sounds great, but I would use Bisquick instead of bread. Probably two cups, and make into small appitizer balls. - 12/2/09
