Ingredients

    10 oz. rice
    1 lb pork
    9 ounces broccoli crowns
    1.5 ounces broccoli stems
    one onion
    2 green onions
    1 can baby corn
    one can water chestnuts
    6 cloves garlic
    1 egg
    8 tbsp canola oil

Directions

Start the rice boiling. While it cooks, chop the pork and toss in soy sauce and spices and set aside. Chop the veggies into small pieces. Fry the rice, egg, carrots, green onions, broccoli stems, 1/6th of the onion, and a third of the water chestnuts quickly in 4 tbsp. of the oil. Combine the remaining ingredients with the oyster sauce and stir fry over high heat.
