Ingredients

1/2 cup Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Cereal
2 tbsp caramel topping
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
**makes 1 serving of 6 balls (or if you have strong will power, you can eat 1/2 now and 1/2 later)**
-take 1/2 cup kashi cinnamon harvest cereal and crush the shredded wheat biscuits
-stir in 2 tbsp caramel topping
-melt 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter in the microwave (45-60 seconds)
-add peanut butter to cereal mixture and stir well
-put 2 tbsp powdered sugar in ziploc baggie
-separate cereal mixture into 6 equal sized pieces and form into balls
-put 1 cereal ball into ziploc baggie and shake to cover w/powdered sugar
-repeat for remaining cereal balls
**i only put 1 tbsp powdered sugar in the calculations b/c there was a lot left in the bag. you won't actually be eating all 2 tbsp of powedered sugar. if you don't like overly sweet desserts, you can leave out the caramel and take off 103 calories.**
