Introduction

Ingredients

    Flank Steak, .75 lb
    College InnĀ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium, 1 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Salsa, .5 cup
    Goya Beans black, 0.5 cup
    2 Tbsp green chilis

Directions

Put 3/4lb of flank steak in the crockpot with 1 cup of broth and 1tsp of chilli powder, cook on high 4-5 hrs or low 8-10hrs.

Pull meat out when done, shred using 2 forks. Take all but 1/4 of the liquid out o the crockpot and reserve that 1/4 of liquid. Add the shredded beef, 1/2 cup of black beans, 2 Tbsp green chilis 3/4 cup of salsa in the crockpot for 5 more minutes on high.
