Ingredients

    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp country crock ( or butter )
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp minced shallots ( or onions)
    2 tsp dried dill
    1tbsp dried cilantro
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup non fat milk
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated


Directions

Makes 4 servings

melt butter and olive oil in saucepan

saute onions / shallots until clear

add flour to make roux, continue stirring until well blended.

Then add heavy cream, and milk, blend well

add spices to taste, continue simmering until thickened.
