Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 zucchini, peeled
    3medium potatoes, peeled
    1 onion, sliced
    6 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 Tbs salt
    1 Tbs black pepper
    12 cups water

Directions

Place all ingredients in pot. Cook on medium flame for 45 minutes. Blend all ingredients with hand blender. Suggestion: Serve with garlic flavored croutons.
