Ingredients

Chicken breast
salt
pepper
flour
grapeseed oil
balsamic vinegar
Low salt Chicken Broth
Rosemary
French Roll
Directions
Season Chicken breast s with salt and pepper
Dredge in flour ,shaking off excess
heat oil in non stick skillet over med high heat
brown chicken on both sides
when both sides are brown, pour balsamic vinegar over and stir with wooden spoon deglazing pan then add chicken broth.
reduce heat to low cover and simmer another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through remove chicken from pan
There should be about 1/2 cup liquid left in pan if not add a little more of balsamic and broth and bring to boil and reduce until you have 1/2 c
Using two forks shred meat into small strips, pour any accumulated juices back into pan
Slice french rolls and toast lightly
divide chicken among rolls
Pour jus into small bowls and serve alongside sandwiches
