Introduction
I built on a previously submitted recipe to add frozen spinach and bell peppers to make it a little healthier.I don't exactly measure ingredients, so please season to taste. I also added a lot of dried crushed red pepper to make up for less salt.

Ingredients

2 pound package ground turkey
1 large can crushed tomatoes (100 grams is the only measurement listed - I hope it's ok)
1/2 large package frozen mixed peppers
1/2 large package frozen spinach
basil, oregano and dried red pepper flakes
garlic to taste
a couple of pinches of salt
1 cup Parmesan cheese added to the sauce
1 package whole wheat angel hair pasta
Directions
Slowly brown the ground turkey - if you do it slowly, you won't need to add oil at all.
Season with garlic, oregano, basil and dried red pepper. Now add more!
Add frozen vegetables.
Cover and simmer slowly until veggies are thawed.
Add crushed tomatoes and stir well
Add water leaving sauce on simmer until sauce reduces to your desired consistancy. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Follow directions for pasta. Drain without rinsing,
Serve with salad.
