Introduction

Ingredients

    4 to 8 medium white fish fillets
    2 Tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups grated low fat cheese
    1 cup grated onions
    1/4 to 1/3 cup Milk
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Wipe fish dry and place in foil lined pan. Mix cheese, onion, flour and salt. Sprinkle black pepper over cheese mixture. Toss lightly and spread it over fish. Pour in just enough milk to cover bottom of pan. This makes a sort of onion/cheese sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 350° F. Turn oven up to 375° F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
