Ingredients

    4 halved chicken breasts
    2 cups stove top stuffing mix
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 cup hot water

Directions

Pre heat oven to 400

sprinkle 1/4 cup of stuffing mix into bottom of baking dish

lay chicken breasts on top of mix

mix all other ingredients and spoon onto chicken breasts

bake for 30 minutes

Enjoy with a nice dinner salad!

    Very Good
    this is really easy to throw together- and actually tasted really good too. We added a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on the top, and my husband likes it better if the chicken is diced. - 3/15/07
