Ingredients

    Meatball Ingrediants
    .90 lb ground beef
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 slice of bread
    1 egg
    Italian Seasonings

    10 Cups Chicken Broth
    Spinach
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 tbsp basil
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp minced onion
    3 cups macaroni

Directions

Prepare broth by adding broth, spinach, spices and garlic, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer

Prepare meatballs in seperate bowl - make small meatballs, add to broth... cover and let cook for 60 - 90 minutes.

Add macaroni last 20 minutes of cook time.

Makes 10 ~ 1.5 cup servings
