Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Beans, black, 3 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, .75 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 3 tbsp
    Beef bouillon, 1 portion, amount of dry mix to make one cup broth
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Make 8 3/4 cup servings. Brown ground beef and drain completely. Add beans, tomatos and seasoning. Cook for 45 minutes and add corn and mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes more. I like to cook short grain brown rice to put on the bottom of the bowl, and add the beef to the top.
