This always gives me a little boost whenever I drink it, expecially making me feel a little better during that dreaded time of the month. Great as a thick and creamy, filling breakfast! Luckily, the name fits as the key ingredients are Pineapples, Mangos & Strawberries! Ingredients

    You will need:

    1/2 of a 16oz bag of frozen pineapple, mango, strawberry blend

    1 cup Light Orange Juice Beverage (I prefer Active Lifestyle brand)

    1 cup Skim (fat-free) Milk

    1 Medium Banana

    2 Tbsp. Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt

    *Note - you can alter the amount of nutrients (ex: protein, fiber etc...) by the ingredients you purchase (ex: extra calcium orange juice) or by adding powders (ex: protein and/or fiber powders) and including them in the mixture.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend 10-20 seconds. Pour and Enjoy!
