Ingredients

4 large wraps (also can use large flour tortillas)
Non-stick cooking spray
2 large grilled chicken breasts, sliced into very thin, small strips
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 green onions, sliced thinly
4 Tbsp ranch salad dressing
Directions
Spray a frying pan with the non-stick cooking spray. Over medium heat, saute chicken breast slices until hot. Add BBQ sauce and continue cooking until sauce is cooked through. Meanwhile, warm up wraps/tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds so they are easier to work with.
Add 1/4 of the cheese into each wrap, followed by 1/4 of the BBQ chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Then drizzle each with 1 Tablespoon of ranch dressing. Fold/wrap each of them up like a burrito. Even good the next day, just microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Makes 4 wraps.
