One cup of light Soy Milk
1/2 C. Strawberries, unsweetened, frozen
1 tbsp of low-fat peanut butter
1/2 - 1 C. of ice
Directions
Blend all ingrediants together to preferred smoothness.
**If you use soy silk milk light, it is about 20 calories less. Also, adams peanut butter has less sugar than the low fat peanut butter.
You can also use Whey protein or Soy protein with water instead of the milk to increase protein.
