Ingredients

    4 C all-purpose flour

    4 C whole wheat flour

    1/3 C sugar

    1/3 C splenda

    1 T baking soda

    2 T baking powder

Directions

Makes 8 cups of pancake mix.


Mix all ingredients together. I like to store mine in a large plastic container with a tight fitting lid.


TO MAKE PANCAKES combine the following:

1 cup pancake mix
1 egg
3/4 C milk



This batter makes approximately 4 pancakes (1/4 C of batter each).


I myself consider this 2 servings of 2 pancakes each. Depending on the type of milk (skim, whole, etc.) and the egg (or egg beaters) you will need to figure the nutritional value accordingly.
