Ingredients

    pork tenderloin
    2 acorn squash peeled and chopped into cubes.
    .5 c brown sugar
    2 tbsp of smart balance butter
    1/2 teaspoon orange zest and 1 tbsp of oj
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1/4 tsp of pepper

Directions

add all ingredients to slow cooker on low, cook for four hours. For portion control: remove loin, divide into fourths. Mash squash and serve 2/3 cup per person.
