Honeysuckle White Breakfast Turkey Sausage, 8 oz
Fiber One, 15 gram(s) (ground to breadcrumb texture)
Garlic, 6 cloves (chopped)
Fresh green onions, 52 grams (chopped)
Onions, raw, 117 grams (chopped)
Red Kidney Beans - 285 gram(s) (drained and rinsed)
Mushrooms, fresh, 150 grams (chopped)
Spinach, fresh, 170.0 grams
Rotel, 10 oz
Hunt's 100% Natural Stewed Tomatoes - 1 can
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 can
Water, tap, 2 cup
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
garlic pepper to taste
Egg Whites - 1/4 cup
Directions
Meatballs:
1.) combine turkey, egg and Fiber one to form mini meat balls
2.) place on a baking sheet coated in cooking spray.
3.) bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until done
Soup:
1.) In a large pot add 1/2 cup broth, onions and garlic saute until translucent.
2.) add additional ingredients (except tortelloni) and cook until veggies are done and spinach is wilted.
3.) add tortelloni and cook until done.
Serve with cornbread or breadsticks and a salad (not in nutritional informaition.)
Rinsing the beans will remove some sodium. Also, using low sodium tomatoes and/or broth will lower the content also.
