    1 tubeReduced Fat Crescent Rolls
    Turkey Sausage, 9 oz
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.75 cup
    Reduced fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, sliced


Layer crescent rolls in 8" casserole dish to make a crust. Push up a bit on sides. Mix diced tomato and onion into eggbeaters and pour onto crescent roll crust in pan. Crumble sausage over the egg. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out and top with shredded cheese and jalapenos. Cook for another 10 to 20 minutes, until firm and golden.
