Introduction

Very quick veggy soup with noodles. Very quick veggy soup with noodles.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Do not drain any ingredient:
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can cut green beans
    1 can sweet peas
    1 can corn
    1 can chicken broth
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 14oz bag frozen veg: onions, carrots, celery
    1 7oz bag alphabet macaroni noodles
    Basil, Salt, and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan, cook on medium heat until boiling, reduce heat to low heat and simmer until macaroni and celery are soft. I froze the left overs, great for lunches!
Yields 14 cups - 1 cup per serving
