These were really good. I only got about 80 meatballs, but I have a tendency to make them a little bigger. Also, I used fresh spinach in place of the zucchini and carrot. Yummy! - 9/22/09

I just want to say I love this recipe and have made variations of it over and over. It always turns out good. I also have never got 100 out of the recipe but no biggie. Today I am making turkey meatballs and adding them to my cabbage soup. - 11/5/13

They sound very tasty and a bonus that they are low in fat and carbs and not too high calories. I'll be trying these out on the family this weekend. - 1/20/09
