Ingredients

    1 cup whole strawberries (according to taste; but feel free to chop them up or have more or less)
    0.5 tbsp honey (according to taste)
    0.5 cup goat milk

Directions

No cooking involved! Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix 'til desired consistency. I like mine nice and thick, but you can add more milk or blend for longer if you prefer it thinner or with a less fruity taste. I always make more than I need so that I have some to blend later. It tastes just as good later as when fresh.

I really like this for breakfast or a quick snack when I need something but don't want or have time for anything heavy.

Feel free to adjust any of the ingredients or exchange other items for what you don't want. It'll still work.

Alternatives:
-exchange goat milk for cow's milk or soy milk or
rice milk, whatever you prefer; goat milk is just my
preference
-exchange the strawberries for another fruit
-mix different fruits together
-exchange the milk for yogurt for a different
consistency and taste.
-exchange honey for applesauce or Splenda (I've
never tried Splenda, but some people really like
it)
