Introduction

I use Burgandy but you can use any red wine of your choice for this recipe. I use Burgandy but you can use any red wine of your choice for this recipe.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb. london broil steak
    5 small to medium red potatoes
    1 lb baby carrots
    1/4 red onion
    1 pkg of Lipton onion soup mix
    1 cup Burgundy
    2 cups Water

Directions

1. Cut london broil into 1 in. cubes. Cut potatoes in half.
2. Place meat, potatoes, carrots, and onion into a large crock pot.
3. Add dry soup mix and then pour wine and water over the top to mix.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
