Ingredients

    4 cups Broccoli, bite-sized pieces
    2 cups Cauliflower, bite-sized pieces
    2 cups Asparagus, chopped
    2 cups Green Beans, chopped
    2 cups Red Onion, chopped
    15 cloves Garlic
    4 tbsp Olive Oil
    3 cups Brown Basmati Rice
    2/3 cups Peanut Butter
    1/2 cup Hot Water
    1 tsp Cayenne
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    2 tsp Sugar

Directions

While rice is cooking, steam asparagus and green beans together, boil cauliflower and broccoli together, and saute onion and garlic in oil. Whisk peanut butter with hot water until creamy, then stir in cayenne, salt, pepper, and sugar. This can be mixed all together, or each part dished out separately and mixed on the individual plates.
