Ingredients

    1 Lb Ground Venison *
    1 Tbs Olive Oil
    10 Unsalted Saltines, crushed
    2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp Flour
    1 Cup Milk
    1 box Uncooked Whole Wheat Pasta

Directions

Pre heat oven to 325
Boil pasta in 1 gallon of water, drain and toss with Olive oil.

Brown Venison in skillet. Drain. Sprinkle flour over meat and cook for about three minutes or until flour is not seen.
Add milk, lower heat to simmer and slowly add cheese.

Place Pasta and Cheese/meat mixture into casserole dish and top with crushed saltines and bake for 30 Minutes.

Makes 4 Servings, about 1 1/2 cup each
