Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .33 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    Wheat germ, crude, .33 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .33 cup, packed (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease muffin tin (for 12 muffins). Mash bananas. Mix in oil, milk, eggs, sugar (I use sucanat or turbinado sugar, but you can also use brown sugar). Combine dry ingredients, mix into wet. Pour batter evenly into muffin tin. Bake for ~18 min, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12 (or 24 mini muffins). *If you don't have wheat germ, just use all w w flour.*
