put 2 cups of summer fruit salad in microwave for 55 seconds (makes it easier on the blenders blades).Meanwhile, chunk up a medium sized banana and put in blender, add 1 cup of 1% partly skimmed milk (although I usually use the 0.5% milk) then add 3 tbsp of natural wheat bran.
