Ingredients

    16 oz of tenderized round steak, cubed steak or venison steak
    1 C chopped purple onion
    1 6 oz can of mushrooms
    2 bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 C water
    cooking spray

Directions

Cut steak into 8 equal portions. Spray skillet and put meat in to brown. Chop onion and drain mushrooms. Flip meat add mushrooms, onions, pepper. Once meat is browned well and onion are transparent add bouillon and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve 2 meat pcs per serving and use broth mixture over potato, rice or egg noodles. Goes well with broccoli or tossed salad.
