Ingredients

    1 1/2 c rice flakes
    1/2 c buckwheat flakes
    3/4 c sweetened medium coconut
    1 c slivered almonds
    3/4 c sunflower seeds
    1/4 flax seeds
    1/4 c sesame seeds
    3/4 c pumpkin seeds
    1/3 c fireweed honey
    1/3 c sunflower oil
    1 tsp gluten free vanilla

Directions

Preheat over to 300 degrees F
Bring to boil honey, oil and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Put mix in 13x9 and pour cooled honey and oil mixture over it.
Stir to coat mix.
Bake for 30 minutes
Dried cranberries, raisins or other fruits can be added. Change NI as needed.
