Normally it's made with hamburger and regular egg noodles, but we tried it with the Turkey and the whole wheat--it's okay. Makes a LARGE dish--serves about 12. Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
1 medium onion or 1 Cup
2 cans Campbells fat free Cream of Chicken soup
1 quart of sauerkraut with juice
1 bag Ronzonie Whole Wheat Blend Pasta, extra wide noodles.
Directions
Brown Turkey and onion.
Cook pasta till done.
Mix cooked pasta, browned turkey and onions with the sauerkraut and soup. Bake at about 350 for 1/2 - 1 hour. You could top a single serving with a slice of reduced fat cheese, if desired.
