Introduction

I based this on another recipe on Spark, but used lite cool whip and sugar-free pudding. Next time, I would use less cool whip, skip the third layer of graham crackers and just drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Ingredients

    24 graham crackers
    2 3.25 oz boxes Vanilla Sugar-Free instant pudding
    2.5 cups 2% milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    12 oz tub Cool Whip Lite
    1 15 oz can reduced sugar chocolate frosting (I only used 10 oz.)

Directions

Mix pudding, vanilla, and milk. Fold in cool whip. Line a 9x13 pan with graham crackers, cutting to fit as needed. Top with half of pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Add another layer of graham crackers and top with frosting. Refrigerate several hours. Makes 16 servings.
