Ingredients

    1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/4 pound boneless pork (or beef or tofu)
    3 cups water
    1 cup kimchi
    kimchi juice
    chopped scallion
    1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions

Fry pork and garlic in sesame oil. Add kimchi and cook for about 10 minutes. Combne with water and kimchi juice and bring o a boil. Let simmer for about 15 minutes and garnish with chopped scalln.

Serve with rice.
