Ingredients

    6 Boneless pork loin chops, about 1 inch thick (about 2.25 lb)

    Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Table Blend

    .5 bag (16 oz. size) cornbread stuffing (3 cups)

    .5 cup sweetened dried cranberries

    .5 Medium apple, chopped (.5 cup)

    .25 cup chopped pecans

    1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water

    .25 cup butter or margarine, melted

    .5 cup cranberry relish or sauce

Directions

1. Place Pork chops in large resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add Mrs. Dash, Table Blend; Shake bad to coat pork.

2. Spray 5 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix remaining ingredients except cranberry relish. Arrange pork chops on stuffing mixture.

3. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours. Serve pork and stuffing with cranberry relish.
