Introduction

Use frozen chicken breast strips instead of ground turkey or ground chuck. Use frozen chicken breast strips instead of ground turkey or ground chuck.

Ingredients

    Saute 1 bag of frozen chicken breast strips in 3 TSP of Olive Oil over medium heat.

    Add chopped onions, and peppers to chicken.

    Over low heat add Hunts stewed tomatoes (any flavor) and Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce.

    Eat over a whole grain bun.

    You may also use multi-grain flatout wraps (100 calories, 8 grams of fiber, 9 grams of protein)

    Serve with fruit or veggies.
