Introduction

This a wonderful way to make some hot wing using white meat. This a wonderful way to make some hot wing using white meat.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast - 1 pound
    Light Margarine - 3 Tbs
    Hot Sauce - 2 Tbs
    Garlic Powder - 1/8 tsp

Directions

Melt light margarine. Mix in hot sauce and garlic powder. Place cut up chicken tenders in baking dish. Sprinkle hot sauce mixture over chicken breast. Toss them to coat meat. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
