    O.K.
    I thought this was a bit too cinnamony. I checked the recipe a couple times thinking it would have been better if it were 3 tsp instead of 3 tbsp of cinnamon. I didn't add the entire 3tbsp but it was still too much for my tastes. - 1/30/09

    I made it for dessert tonite, everyone loved it. Kinda tastes like apple pie w/out the crust.
