Introduction

Easy wrap for those that like a little spice in their lives. Easy wrap for those that like a little spice in their lives.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz of chicken tenderloins
    1 cup of black beans
    2 tbsp of chili powder
    2 tbsp of onion powder
    2 tbsp of cumin powder
    1 tsp of cayenne pepper


Directions

*Mix together all spices to make a rub for the chicken.
*Put chicken with the rub in refrigerator for about 30mins.
*Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and heat on medium.
*Cook chicken about half way thru then add black beans and continue until juices run clear.
*Serve on a wrap of your choice and pair with salsa and sour cream if desired
*Makes appox 2 servings
