Ingredients

    *Barbecue Sauce, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Beef, tip round, 500 grams
    *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    seasoned salt, 1 serving
    Water 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Makes 2-3 portions

-Season the beef with salt to taste (better w/ seasoned salt)
-Place on the buttom of Slow cooker
T-op with the Worcestershire Sauce, and half of BBQ sacue
-Cut potatoes in 2'' cubes (with peel) and place on top of beef; season them to taste and cover with the remaining BBQ sace.
-Add the water and vinegar on top of everything
-Cook in high for 7 hours on slow cooker for super tender beef
