Ingredients

    2-3 Chicken breasts, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
    1/8 cup olive oil
    1/2 each green, red, and yellow (or orange) bell peppers
    1/2 cup of chopped carrots
    1/2 cup of broccoli
    1/2-3/4 cup chinese snow peas
    1/2 cup of Kikkoman Teriaki sauce

    1 cup white rice
    1 3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriaki sauce

Directions

Rice: In a saucepan, bring to a boil the water and teriaki sauce, then add the rice, and follow instructions on package for cooking time. When done, remove from heat.

Stirfry: In a skillet, put olive oil and chicken breast, which has been cut into bite-sized pieces. When cooked, drain off any excess olive oil, and add the veggies and teriaki sauce. Cook over low or medium heat until little sauce remains and veggies are tender. Serve over rice, and add sesame seeds if desired.
