Ingredients

    **Tomato Paste,(6 ozcan ) 1/2 can thinned down to desired consistancy
    **Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1.5 cup (mix with 1/2 cup of water for the crust)
    **Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    **Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1/2 of a large(red bell pepper)
    **Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1/2 cup

Directions

**I fried the ground turkey, garlic and onion together. (kids wont eat otherwise).
**Mix bisquick mix with water to form crust and roll out on pizza pan to desired thickness.
**Thin 1/2 can of tomatoe paste to desired consistancy. (I like mine a bit thick) and spread over the crust.
**Spread meat mixture evenly across top of tomatoe paste.
**Dice red bell pepper to preffered size and spread evenly on top. (again i dice very small so my kids will eat it but u can make as small or big as you like or use different color bell peppers)
**Cover evenly with cheese.
**Place in 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 mins checking for desired state of crispness and golden browness.

Enjoy! Slice into 8 slices!
